Laura is a qualified holistic nutritionist with 8 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Otago in New Zealand, as well as a Precision Nutrition Coaching Certificate and a Yoga Teacher Training certification.

Passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health, Laura emphasizes the importance of understanding one’s body. She believes that food is medicine and that the body has a remarkable ability to heal itself—when nourished with the right food, mindset, and movement.
